You Don't Want To Be Here...

Updated: Oct 15, 2025

I promise You will not want to be here after the next sentence. Sinners Will go to Hell. Hell is not a fun place I promise. I probably knew people that went there when they died. "For all have sinned and come short of the Glory of God." Hell is described as a place of torment, Eternal Torment. Lake of fire is no joke. Have you ever been to Hawaii? Ever been to a volcano in Hawaii? I haven't, not yet. Do you remember learning about Pompeii, You know that city near a volcano that was completely obliterated? Yeah Hell is worse than that. The people of Pompeii were instantaneously turned to ash by the sheer heat from the eruption. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pompeii That site can direct you to more facts about the city. Unless you have seen that one episode of Doctor Who. As I am a Christian I will use the Bible as a reference as well. Hell is described as as a place where both soul and body could be destroyed (Matthew 10:28) in "unquenchable fire" (Mark 9:43) Who will go to Hell? You will. "But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the detestable, as for murderers, the sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, their portion will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death.” Revelation 21:8 But, You don't have to. I have been asked by some of my friends when I was in Boy Scouts if I believed in Hell. I of course said yes. Then comes the follow up question, "If God is so good why would he make a place like Hell?" Originally it is written in the Bible that Hell was created for Satan and his "fallen angels", the Demons. Then it was said that the unbelievers and Sinners would join Satan and the Demons in Hell. As time progressed it came to pass that an atonement for Sin was needed. Jesus became the "Way, the Truth, and the Life" to give us a way out of Hell. If you confess to God your Sins, and repent in Jesus' name asking Him to be a part of your life. "God is Faithful and Just" to forgive you. Crying out in Jesus' name will allow the Holy Spirit to enter into your soul. You are saved by Grace through your Faith in Him. But it doesn't end there. Confessing your Sin and Trusting Jesus is one thing, but keeping the Faith in the trials and tribulation is another. Don't get me wrong! YOU CANNOT LOSE YOUR SALVATION THROUGH JESUS CHRIST! Hallelujah! What I am saying is this, When you are saved you are saved. When you start to veer off the path you Will be Tempted to Sin. Everyone still carries a Sin Nature. God Bless and have a great day! P.S. I pray for all my readers even though I don't know you.
