Where do I start? I started my job at the pharmaceutical plant in July 2015. They liked my work ethic and I was hired on in November 2015. At first I was quite arrogant and my manager wanted to see me succeed. He talked with me about the importance of a good job and the words stuck with me. "This isn't some fast food job, this job is a career building job." In 1 year I was signed off as an expert on the one type of machine. After my third year I had 2 expert roles and was working toward a third. There were many trials at this job, many wins, and a few losses. Including 2 friends. The first guy taught me first on the one machine and wanted to see me get hired when I was a temp. Over time he got weaker and weaker and eventually we found out he had a cancer relapse. It wasn't long after that he passed away. His name was Louis. I kept the knowledge he had passed to me and finally started to get better and better at the skills I had. I loved training people; especially new people coming in. Some lasted and some left. It wasn't until my favorite manager had been fired some unknown reason (To me), that I decided to start looking for new work. Then My other friend started to show signs of cancer as well. This was a sure sign for me to leave this company. Everyone that helped me and trained me to be able to stay were leaving. I prayed very hard about the decisions I wanted to make in accordance to God's will for my life. This is where we get closer and closer to where I am currently.
